May is our month of uncommon Grace, and we declare that the grace and mercy of God will follow you through this month and His favor will shine upon you in Jesus’ name.
If you want to learn more about the gifts God has given you, make plans to join us next week for Step Three of the Growth Track. The Growth Track is our monthly four-step process designed to help you take next steps in your relationship with God and reach your full potential. At the third step, Discover Purpose, you will get to take a spiritual gifts assessment that will enable you to uncover how your unique design can point you towards your purpose. For all members of Fountain of Grace that have already completed our Growth Track, it’s time for a refresher! Join us on Saturday, June 3rd, at 9:00 A.M. as we go through all four steps together and are reminded of our vision, mission, passions, and ways to serve. The Missions Department would like all those who pre-ordered Mother’s Day baskets to begin picking them up in the front lobby. Also, they are currently accepting donations of gently used clothing and shoes. A donation bin is located in the lobby.
The Life of Rejoicing Dancers will be having their first annual dance workshop here at Fountain of Grace next Saturday, May 20th, from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Children age 7 and up, as well as adults, are welcome to register. The deadline for registration is today, so please see the church office to register. Come out and learn to minister through dance while having fun!
Parents, mark your calendars and save the date! The Children and Youth Ministries will be having their first Vacation Bible School weekend. The theme is “Keepers of the Kingdom,” which will equip our children in the full armor of God. It promises to be a weekend of fun games and learning. This event will be held on June 23rd and 24th, and the registration deadline is today. Leaders are ready in the lobby after service to help you register. You don’t want your children to miss this exciting weekend!
Fog Nation will be hosting a worship experience on Friday, June 9th, from 7:30 to 9 P.M. with a theme of “Homecoming” that focuses on coming back to Christ. They will also be hosting both Sunday services on June 11th. Be sure not to miss out on this impactful weekend and stay tuned for more details.
If you are in need of prayers and counseling, join us for the JBS prayer hour on Thursdays from 12 to 3 P.M. Also, be sure not to miss out on our weekly Zoom meetings: Monday through Friday at 6 A.M. for Morningdew, Wednesdays at 7 P.M. for Bible study and discipleship class, and Saturdays at 8 P.M. for Evening Prayer. On Mondays at 7 P.M., the Young Adult Ministry meets both in person and via Zoom.
